About the store

Experience

Special education teacher with experience supporting K-5 learners across various self-contained settings. Specialized in working with students with autism, intellectual disabilities, and emotional/behavioral needs. Passionate about creating materials that meet every learner where they are.

Teaching style

I believe every student deserves access to meaningful, development level-appropriate content. My resources are built with differentiation at the core, offering multiple levels so you can meet a range of learners without spending hours adapting materials yourself. I use real photographs, simple language, and clean layouts because that's what actually works in the classroom.

Awards & shining teacher moments

The best moments aren't awards. They're when a student uses a replacement behavior for the first time because a social story clicked, or when a parent tells you their child is finally excited about homework. Those are the wins that drive this store.

My own education history

B.S. in Childhood and Special Education, M.S. in Teacher Leadership. Committed to continued growth through professional development in social-emotional learning and parent educational consulting.

Additional biographical information

AdvocateEd Resources started because I kept making custom materials for my own students and realized other teachers and parents needed them too. Beyond the classroom, I'm passionate about helping parents navigate the special education process and advocate for their children.
