This is a template that can be used to printout bookmarks in the style of a traditional library card, with a twist. This template allows users to rate each book on their list with a 5-star system. For best results, ensure your margins are set to 0.2 for the top, bottom, left and right margins. Also ensure you print this template on light-colored cardstock for better visibility and durability during repeat use.
