About the store
With over 10 years of experience teaching agricultural education across three different school districts, I’ve seen it all — the wins, the chaos, and everything in between. Most of my career has been spent working with middle school students, but I’ve expanded into high school and adult education over the past few years. I’m passionate about creating practical, engaging, and real-world ag resources that solve everyday problems ag teachers face (because I live them too!). FFA Member Points Google Sheet
A super simple way to increase chapter involvement and to keep track of your FFA members' activity involvement! You can change to your local events and activities and change the points values as you see fit. This also includes categories and point values of different FFA activities. I've used this to give an award to the most involved students at the end-of-year banquet. You could assign FFA secretary or historian to update periodically and keep a top 10 list on the board for students to see.

2023-24 Ag Teacher Weekly Lesson Planner
Easily go from the large bulky planner to having the planner at the tips of your fingers and easily accessible to share with administration! Create your own weekly lesson plans, keep track of to-do lists, and weekly events! This Google Sheet can be easily edited for teachers other than Ag Teachers as well. You can edit to accommodate for each year or download the update each year for free! This planner allows you to save money and from pulling your hair out each week. There is also a curriculum

Bellringer Answer Sheet
This super simple bellringer answer sheet allows for students to answer questions in depth, as well as provides a space for an ID of the day picture and answer. I usually have a picture for students to identify animals/plants/tools/etc. Set up in week by week format, line spacing is large enough for our big writers in our classes.

Bellringer/Weekly Skills Score Sheet
This form is simple to use two for one deal. Set up per week, students answer the bellringer or entry task question, and at the end of the week, they score their work-based skills on a 1-5 scale. Great for showing career skills being learned in the classroom.

We all have absent students throughout the year. This document can be used to attach to worksheets to give to students with ease of directions or to give to students when a non worksheet day occurs. I print mine on colored sheets so that they stand out!

Teaching style
I believe in teaching agriculture the way it was meant to be taught — hands-on, practical, and adaptable to the real-world chaos of the classroom. Over the years, I’ve taught a wide range of courses including Introduction to AFNR, Animal Science, Plant Science, Vet Science, Floral Design, Small Engines, Natural Resources, and Shop. My teaching style blends structure with flexibility, focusing on engaging, career-connected lessons that make sense for both students and teachers. I create resources that work in real classrooms — the kind with broken pencils, busy schedules, and students who learn best by doing.

My own education history
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Education from Washington State University (Go Cougs!) and later completed my Master’s in Educational Learning and Technology through Western Governors University – fully online, because I believe in flexible, lifelong learning. I’m CASE certified in multiple pathways including AFNR, ASA, ASP, NRE, and APT, and currently serve as a Lead Teacher within the CASE network. I’m passionate about continuing my professional growth and always looking to expand my certifications to better serve my students — and fellow ag teachers, too!
