A data collection instrument to record on-task behavior. A line is included in each box so that a teacher may quickly record the number of students on-task in fraction form and convert the fraction to a percentage at a later time.
Simple five box writing sheets. Students use the middle box to plan their paragraph topics. Each dot represents a sentence and the plus signs are optional or if students need to add a sentence.
