This document allows band/orchestra students to see what they are being evaluated on. It makes it easy for you to quickly circle/check the appropriate box while the student is playing, and gives specific and immediate feedback, which is helpful in classes that are typically quite large, like band.
This is an excel file of a basic attendance book for the 2013-2014 school year. It is set up for my five classes, but you can edit it to suit your needs. You can also change the color theme, font, etc. I decided to do binder this year instead of buying a boring, ugly and expensive record book. Enjoy!
This form is a quick chart that students keep in their band or choir folder so they can jot down the measures they worked on/struggled with in class and need to revisit in their practice time later. It helps them to be organized when it comes time to practice. Teachers can also say "write that down in your log, I'm testing you tomorrow",etc.
This is my own colorful an customized version of an old fashioned lesson plan book. I may be the only person on earth who still uses one, but just in case I'm not alone, here it is! I'm trying to save money and transition to a one stop binder instead of a few different books. You can change it to fit your classes/hours/colors/etc. Enjoy!
I created this log for my parent volunteers to be able to keep the money earned at concerts more organized. It allows them to track what is earned for bake sales, donations, etc. I include an envelope with a pen, paper clips, etc. and this form for each sales table at every concert and at the end of the night, that volunteer just hands me their packet, all counted and ready to deposit. Easy!
