Students will work the math problems (perhaps using counters to physically discover answers) and then match their answers to find the color to use on the three different heart designs. The three designs include practice for 1- addition; 2- subtraction; and 3- completing the missing numbers in equations. Valentine hearts will be decorating classroom walls and home refrigerators throughout the month of February!
