Teaching style

I’m focused, committed, and convicted on integrating the Growth Mind-Set in all students to the best of my reach/opportunity and allotted timing to form the consciouses of the students, learners, & movers through High Quality Health-Fitness, Physical Literacy, & Coaching the students through Sports Competencies within the framework of TGFU & Sports Education. In addition, I’m also passionate about teaching about the importance of Staying Physically Active for a Life Time. I also incorporate a Positive Character Skills Component within the lesson planning for all of the student populous.
As an educator, I need to make sure my students are learning and are participating in new and progressive PE learning challenges/experiences. Being an educator means I need to have a passion for helping children, youth, young people alike to learn the fundamental and advanced life skills, they can use in their daily lives outside of the classroom. Working with children, youth, and young people alike can be challenging, however it’s all worth the effort and interest to shape the physical, mental, social-emotional and spiritual domain of learning of all students. By being reflective, progressive, critical, and insightful in my pedagogy and instructional activities, As a result, this keeps my passion going at high levels throughout the entire year and helps me make my PE classes instructional strategies creative, fun, athletically challenging, interpersonal, and focused on student-centered instruction and learning opportunities, for the students. I'm also focused on keeping my students safe and secure during PE class since they're moving around and in large areas with different equipment.
