I've been a teacher for 10 years. Although I had a fantastic year in first grade, my passion is in higher education. I have been a 4th-grade teacher for the past five years, and I absolutely adore it!
Teaching style
My teaching approach is constantly changing. Every year, it seems to alter, in my opinion. In order to ensure that my kids learn while also having fun, I work to maintain a well-organized and managed classroom. I want to foster an atmosphere in the classroom where children may work both independently and collaboratively and feel comfortable and free to be themselves. With each year that goes by, I gain more knowledge about teaching and my own teaching approach. I hope to be an expert at it by the time I retire!
