These are the guided notes that I use to introduce finding slope from two ordered pairs notes. These notes can be used with lower levels to introduce or for higher levels as a simple review. There are also rules for the different types of slopes that can occur.
There are also homework assignments available for sale.

These are guided notes that I use with my students to work on concepts of determining if functions are even, odd, or neither. First the students go through the process of determining these characteristics about graphs and then they learn how to prove this information algebraically as well.
There is also a practice assignment available for sale in my store.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

These are guided notes that I use at the beginning of our quadratic unit. These notes show students that basic key features of a graph of quadratics. There is a vocabulary section for students to define the key terms and also to locate them on a graph. It is a word document. Feel free to edit. Enjoy!
These are guided notes that I use to introduce multiplying polynomials to my students. In the first few examples, I guide them through box methods. Once they have completed a few, I allow them to choose which method they prefer. Students enjoy having the choice and decided their own learning path.

This file contains 16 examples where students will have to organize them under causation, correlation, and strong/weak positive/negative. You can laminate and use as a class set or students can create their own.

These are notes that I use to introduce one step equations to my lower level students or as a quick review for my higher level students. This is a word document so feel free to edit as needed.
This is a great self checking activity that allows the students practice for multiplying and dividing rational expressions. The puzzle creates a 3 x 3 box where students line up the answers with the problems. You can print and laminate the puzzle to use for multiple classes or students can cut out and paste to paper. Either way - its a great alternative to a practice worksheet. Please let me know if you have any questions. Enjoy!
This file contains 100 multiply choice questions that I created to prepare my students for the Algebra EOC. I have used this resource many different ways. Some years, students complete a few sheets each day. Other years, we have done some of these together. I have assigned certain numbers for homework and used other numbers for warmup questions. How to use these 100 questions is totally up to you. There is an answer key included so all of the work is done for you. There are other EOC Algebra res
These are notes that I use at the beginning of my unit on Characteristics of Functions. These notes guide the students through vocabulary and introduce them to the Vertical Line test, mapping diagrams, finding domain and range from discrete and continuous graphs. There is also a homework sheet available.
These are notes that I use to introduce end behavior to my students. This is part of our function unit, so examples include questions about domain, range, and whether or not the relation is a function. This is a word document so feel free to edit. Enjoy!
These are notes that I use to introduce graphing in vertex form. They are guided notes that allow you for work through examples with your students. There is also a homework assignment that accompanies this lesson available for purchase. This file is a word document so feel free to edit as needed. Enjoy!
These are notes that I have used to introduce basic probability to lower grade levels and I have also used them as a review for high school students before we get in to frequency tables and higher level probability problems.
There is also a homework assignment that goes along with this lesson available for purchase.

This is a simple homework assignment that I give to my students to check for understanding on graphing quadratics in vertex form. There are also guided notes for this lesson available as well. This file is a word document so feel free to edit. Enjoy!
This is a simple homework assignment that I give to my students so that they can practice determining whether a correlation is positive or negative vs weak or strong. They also have to examine a graph and determine the relationship that the scatter plot has.
There are also guided notes available for this lesson in my store.

This file is a short quiz that I give to my Algebra II students after studying margin of error, types of sampling and observation vs experimental studies. This quiz is a combination of multiple choice and short answer along with calculations.

This file contains guided notes that I use to introduce the margin of error to my Algebra II students but it can be used at varying levels. There are examples where the students must calculate the margin of error and also examples where they must calculate the population given the MOE.

This is a simple assignment that I give to my students for practice with solving radicals equations. They are required to check for extraneous solutions. An answer key is included. Please let me know if you have any questions. Enjoy!
These are guided notes that I use to introduce/review characteristics of functions with my students. Topics included are domain and range, function notation, end behavior, absolute and local max and min as well as intercepts. A brief description of each topic is given along with practice problems.

This is homework assignment that I created for the second day of my students working with Pascal's Triangle. It can also be used a quick assessment towards the end of lesson. My students enjoy this sheet as it allows them to see if they got the answers correct immediately. Enjoy!
This are notes that I offer to my students while in our Statistics unit. They offer an overview of correlation vs causation and some hints for how to tell the two apart.
