Teaching style
I am very structured, academically and behaviorally, and I get a high level of engagement from my students. I teach with guided practice at the beginning of a lesson and unit, and transition to students taking responsibility for their learning as the lesson and unit progresses. My students sometimes work individually with the option of discussing the assignment with students nearby, and sometimes work in teams of about four students.

I am a creative person who looks at the big picture and my end goal. I create effective and efficient steps to reach my end goal and I continually assess and reflect on how my creations impact the learning of my students, making revisions whenever necessary.
Everything in my store has been tested in my classroom and passes my high expectations based on alignment to the grade-level standards, engagement of my students, effectiveness in my students reaching our learning goal, and efficiency. I hope my creations help you too!
