I love finding ways to get my boys excited about math! They love Star Wars, so I made this little math fact sort especially for them! It's a great way to practice sorting facts into true and false categories! It stays in my math centers all year long!

This is a great unit to use in the spring when baseball season starts! It's the perfect way to make reading fun in the spring! It has: 1. A baseball branch map to introduce the concept. 2. An organizer for summarizing an informational text. 3. An organizer for summarizing a fiction text. 4. A character trait organizer. 5. This can be used in first or second grade as a center or individual activity. The children sort each equation into piles of "True" or "False".

This is a booklet that the children can make to help them remember the types of CGI Math Story Problems. It includes a page for stories about: joining, taking away, comparison and missing part. The children can draw a picture or use stickers to show a situation, then use the lines to write a story problem. This can be done together or independently (using a story frame for those that need it). Have them keep the booklet to refer to when identifying the types of story problems to solve!
