My teaching style is rooted in clarity, consistency, and student ownership. I place a strong emphasis on goal setting, as I believe students learn best when they understand their progress and take pride in it. In my 1:1 device classroom, students regularly set goals, track their learning in spreadsheets, and reflect on their growth—skills that build independence and intrinsic motivation.
While technology plays a central role in our daily routines, I also prioritize creativity, curiosity, and joyful learning experiences. I blend digital tools with hands-on, imaginative activities to create a classroom environment where students feel energized, confident, and eager to participate. Whether we are analyzing data or welcoming a “celebrity mathematician” to share a strategy, my goal is always to make learning engaging, meaningful, and memorable.
