Aligning Vertically

These transitions have been tested on the fourth, seventh, English I, and/or English II STAAR tests. In this bundle, there is an anchor chart can be used for students to refer to as they write. This anchor chart can be hung on the wall and/or glued into an interactive writer's notebook. We have included a list of transitions that could be used in an interactive notebook. There is a chart that details out when each transition was tested on STAAR.

Anchor charts created from the TEKS for verb tenses taught in K, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th grade. 8th, 9th, and 10th grade have two anchor charts to cover the content specified in the TEKS (verb tenses and active and passive voice).

Vertically aligned anchor charts based on the TEKS for the following grade levels: kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th. 5th grade could also use the 1st-4th grade anchor chart to review. 6th grade and above could use the 1st-4th grade anchor chart and 5th grade anchor chart to review.

These anchor charts can be used in grades 1-12.

This document aligns every ELAR TEK from kindergarten to English IV. Teachers can easily see how the TEKS change from grade-to-grade and which TEKS stay the same.
