Teaching style

My teaching style involves a lot of hands-on, discovery learning. I like to get students moving and interactive in whatever they are learning. If I can think of it, I will have students using their bodies or hands in some way to learn the material! When it comes to math, I love for students to "discover" the solution with their own thinking. I like to guide them, using their own schema, towards the solution. I like to get them THINKING about THEIR thinking and to have them be ALL ABOUT THAT MATH! :-D
