This is a great tool for admin or observers to efficiently and effectively move through classrooms and track observations, thoughts, wonderings, recommendations, etc. You can then convert it into a spreadsheet to see what common threads appear and keep data on where you have visited. You can add your own district/site commitments as needed.

If you would like to make your meetings more effective this is a great tool! It also increases shared leadership. By having a working agenda, all team members can add to the agenda before, during, and after the monthly/weekly meetings. Additionally, action items are listed with who is responsible. The meetings start together, break into team, and end together. Allowing for effective and efficient meeting of groups!
