My experiences both in and out of the classroom have allowed me to teach numerous individuals and share my passion for learning. I hope to now share my resources with you in hopes that you'll be able to share them with your students and encourage them to love learning too.

Teaching style

I am a visual and hands on learner myself. Because of this, I tend to create resources that aid students with similar learning styles. However, the majority of the resources I create can be differentiated very easily to accomidate for various learners. Typically I believe in providing students with little guidance and watching them struggle (constructively) to find a solution. I do believe that failure is a very important part of learning and a great skill to learn. I enjoy inquiry based learning and allowing students to express their individual ways of thinking.

Awards & shining teacher moments

I was recognized as an "Outstanding Teacher" in NY State by the Commissioner of Agriculture, Richard Ball in 2019.

My own education history

I attended a small rural school where my love of agriculture and the farming community flourished. I attended a SUNY school following HS graduation and then attended Cornell University. I graduated with a Bachelors in Science, majoring in Animal Science and minoring in Education. I received my Masters in the Art of Teaching degree from Ithaca College in 2018.

Additional biographical information

I love creating unique content to make teacher's planning and preparation as seamless as possible. I want to save teachers time and energy. The content I create here has helped me while in the classroom and I look forward to serving educators in any way I can. Blessings.
