About the store
Special education teachers juggle compliance, behavior, instruction, and documentation - frequently all at once. My TPT store offers structured, practical systems that simplify special education so your classroom runs smoother, your paperwork feels manageable, and your teaching stays sustainable. Teachers deserve classrooms that function - and lives that aren't consumed by catching up. My diverse teaching journey spans K-2 Resource (pull-out), Kindergarten, Secondary Special Education (6th-12th grade), and K-5 Self-Contained. I have also been a Media Specialist and the MTSS Referral Coordinator. From the start, I pursued multiple certifications to keep my teaching career dynamic and engaging. Special Education, in particular, has proven to be endlessly stimulating, presenting new challenges daily. This constant evolution keeps my passion for teaching alive and thriving.

Send this form out a week or two before the scheduled conference and ask for it back a few days before. By doing so, responses/solutions to any concerns expressed in the form would be ready to present to the parent at the conference,
