POV is a fun way to teach perspective taking skills! Players will take turns sharing a POV based on rolling the dice, and sometimes that means taking a perspective that they don't agree with. This game teaches and reinforces respectful communication, collaborative skills, and perspective taking.

This activity helps students to identify emotions and "not thoughts", and relate it to their own self-awareness, experiences and emotions. This lesson integrates SEL into literature and includes discussion questions and an extension activity.
