This is a Weekly Class Evaluation system I developed for classroom and behavior management. I used it for several years in my ABE GED classroom and it worked extremely well. Students appreciated the specific information on what I expected from them and the weekly feedback helped them see exactly where they stood. This form can be used to track students as they work through practice and official GED tests. There is also ample room for teacher notes after meeting with students. This form will allow you to see where students are "at a glance" as they work through the Reading, Writing, Math, Social Studies, and Science tests on the GED.
