I use this each week as spelling homework (it could be used as morning work or a center). I attach a few sheets of loose leaf paper and have the students attach their spelling list. It gives students many options so that they don't have to do the same thing over and over.

I use this clip chart for daily five just like I would a behavior clip chart. I cut out and laminate the pieces, and attach them together with cute ribbon (or even just tape the back!). I use clothespins to keep track of where each student is and where they still need to go. This system has worked great for me the past two years. I hope you can find it just as useful.
