About the store
I have 16+ years experience in Bilingual/ESOL classrooms and I speak fluent Spanish.
My first 9 years were spent in first grade (which I loved!) but in the past five years I've moved up the grade levels to teach 2nd, 3/4 blends and 4th grade...and now I am teaching a 3/4 blend again, which I LOVE!
My whole career has been spent working with English-language learners and I couldn't imagine doing anything different! The acquisition of language is truly amazing and I love being part of my students' learning process!

Additional biographical information
I am a creative person who wears many hats during my day! My website and TpT store is the best way for me to share my ideas and be inspired by others. I am excited to make new connections with other great educators!
On a personal note, I love sports--Depending on the time of year, we will either be watching the OSU Beavers, the Portland Timbers, the Seattle Seahawks or the Portland Trailblazers...and sometimes we watch them all at once!
I also love hiking and camping, reading, re-organizing closets/drawers/rooms in my house, and playing with my cats and dogs (I have 2 of each). I look forward to "meeting" you!
