As a first year SPED teacher I wanted to create something to help me write PLAAFPs easier. I created this organizer to give to teachers to complete about the student before we go to ARD. I hope this helps you as much as it has me!! Print two-sided, have teacher complete, and stick in child's file for documentation. ENJOY!
