Teaching style

I feel that it is important, after I teach a lesson, to give students access to that material to refer to, reflect on, and further their own learning. When I teach a lesson, I usually have a chart, handout, or some kind of tool that the students can use when the lesson is done to assist with their work. Since I have been teaching this way I have found a significant increase in student independence, motivation, and learning.
