Behavior log set in 30 minute increments. 1-5 key for behaviors to easily and quickly document student behavior. I usually just do a star/smile/etc. for any 30 minute period with no behavior issues. 3 per page... I just print and cut! Back page optional with comment section and signature. You can run pages two sided or choose to leave off the back side depending on your needs!

I created this to use with my third graders when I introduce writing opinion paragraphs. It really helps them to think about each step as they are writing.

I created these small squares for students to have out on their desks while annotating a text to remind them how they can mark the text. There are 8 per page. I laminated them and they lasted all year!
