Essay exam for the novel The Hate U Give. Students have the option of choosing one of four questions to answer. All questions have a connection the theme, plot, message of the novel. One question also offers a comparison option to the film. Grading Criteria and student checklist also included.
Learning unit about chocolate. Students will activate prior knowledge, have a short discussion about chocolate. They will then search online to complete trivia questions related to chocolate. Finally, Students will be asked to invent their own chocolate bar, plan (draft) and final copy page included. Word search for fast finishers included.
