This is a week long unit on mental math strategies to develop students' number sense skills in multiplication and division. The format of the lesson plans uses the workshop model. This is a week long unit of lessons on prime and composite numbers. Each day's lesson coincides with a Smart board lesson notebook also in my activities...for FREE!! There are homework/classwork assignments, a hundreds chart, and programmed cards 1-100 for the activities in the unit. A quiz is at the end of the unit as well. This week long unit on Comparing and Ordering Decimals goes great with the fourth grade curriculum as well as closing the gaps in the fifth grade curriculum! The lessons are easy to follow and have skill pages to accompany for homework and/or practice in class. There is also another activity that goes along with these lessons and a Smart Notebook file you will need to do the first lesson.

This is a great game to review synonyms with your students. There are 30 different bingo cards with a teacher card. Your students will love playing this game!

I use this activity each year to review all the skills we've taught and the students have learned in each subject. The students enjoy creating the book and remembering the stuff we've learned.
