Experience

I have taught children from pre-k through students in high school transition programs. I am currently teaching k-5 resource and work with students with Learning Disabilities, Emotional Disabilities, ADHD, Down syndrome, Cognitive Impairments, and Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Teaching style

A combination of direct instruction, and creating modified versions of the general education curriculum. Hands on learning to promote confidence and independence.
