This research assignment task is for grades 7-12. Students will research common ingredients found in food and health products. Each student will need a computer to research an ingredient and then write a short journal about what they think about the ingredient. Students need to complete a reference list, and present their findings to the class. Students will take notes on the other ingredients their peers researched.
