While teaching children, it is important to discuss SEL and situations that may occur. In this editable file, the students will sign and date that they acknowledge they can speak to a counselor when necessary. Simply input the counselors name and cut the document into strips that you can distribute and collect.

You can use this sheet for students to publish their goals on for a bulletin board or as a formative assessment. There is a check-in date and when they will meet this goal by section.
