Great for any back to school night! I print them front and back onto card stock and have the parents fill them out at back to school night. I then laminate them and put them on a binder ring for convenience! No more need for a student info binder!
I always print these borderless but be sure to decrease the scale if you would like them to be smaller.

Teaching style
I believe students learn by doing therefore I love to give them the opportunity to "do" as much as possible. I also believe that an organized classroom is key to a successful learning environment therefore I love to keep things in organized and in their place.
My own education history
I graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a bachelors degree in early childhood education.
