Teaching style

As a teacher, it is my responsibility to provide students with meaningful learning experiences. In order to do this properly, I not only need to be a master of the curriculum, but I also must know the learning modalities of each student I teach. One way of learning is not the only way of learning. It is my job to provide a variety of engaging, on-going projects for my students. I believe in allowing students multiple chances to succeed, because sometimes learning something once just isn't enough. It is my responsibility to care about students as individuals with feelings and opinions. In order to honor these feelings and opinions, I must be willing to give 100% to each day I spend with them.
