This electronic document can be used to help you keep track of your kiddo's IEP goals and the progress they are making. It is uploaded as an Excel document, but you could always add it to your Google Drive as a Google Sheets document! I use it on my iPad to help keep track of how my kids are progressing through their IEP goals. If you need another sheet for an annual goal, you can duplicate one of the sheets already made!
This is a document to record fluency passage data. It's simple and straight-forward. Although you don't, necessarily, need all the information to calculate WPM, I like to have it so I can see what, exactly, the reader is struggling with while reading. That is why there are spaces for omitted, inserted, and incorrect words. There are 2 pages of the same document for 2-sided printing. I have been able to use this document a great deal. I hope it is as helpful for you as it has been for me!
Have you done the "true color" assessment with your kiddos? Want to personalize their learning based on personality type? Use this template to help you put together pathways! Have them stick to one color, or let them choose a different color from each task to better understand their learning style! You can download this document and edit yourself! Happy planning! :)
This data sheet can be used to record up to 20 high frequency words you are working on at one time. I use it to test the words for a week and record the student's overall score. If they are still working on a word, I just write it over into the next week! I hope this is helpful for you! :) There are 2 of the same sheets so it makes it easy for 2 sided printing!
