The four steps of the conflict analysis wheel are:
1) Observe and Make Inference for an Image that Represents Conflict
2) Identify the groups/perspectives/stakeholders represented in the Image
3) Think of possible wants and needs for each of the groups/perspectives/stakeholders
4) Based on the wants and needs analysis for each group, think of a comprom
