Awards & shining teacher moments

Amber's influence extends beyond her classroom, with co-teachers often encouraging her to share her creations and insights with other educators. One of her notable achievements includes designing a challenging, gamified, weeklong essay-writing unit to give her students an immersive, hands-on experience in mastering writing skills.

My own education history

Ambyes diverse educational background (BA HISTORY, BA GRAPHIC DESIGN, MAT MIDDLE SCHOOL) and experience in tutoring and student support (Secondary & Community College) make her a well-rounded educator. Her passion for technology (Website Design, Creating Ebooks, Coding), her involvement in academic organizations (Nat'l History Honor Society), love of videogames & classic literature, as well as her her background in fine art add a unique dimension to her educational approach.
