She stays connected to current trends and balances consistent classroom boundaries with flexible teaching styles to foster a productive atmosphere. Amber values each student as an individual, encouraging self-expression while guiding them to meet academic standards. She often finds scaffolding and realtime pivoting are the best approach to reaching each child.

Amber's influence extends beyond her classroom, with co-teachers often encouraging her to share her creations and insights with other educators.
