Students will research and construct a miniature model (shoebox-sized or larger) that represents an important aspect of life during the Gilded Age — such as a bustling city, a factory, a mansion, or an immigrant tenement. Teaching style
I follow the 5 E's as an educator. Every unit being taught should include some research, engage, exploration, explanation, elaboration or extension of the phenomena, and then an evaluation through assessment or a project.
