Hi, and welcome to AMKBLearning! 👋 I’m an educator, curriculum designer, and lifelong learner with experience teaching ELA, Math, and Social Studies across grade levels. My classroom practice was rooted in Common Core standards, student-centered learning, and anti-bias education, and I love creating resources that are both engaging for students and easy for teachers to use.
Outside the classroom, I’ve designed curriculum, phonics and literacy supports, bilingual materials, and math vocabulary resources that help students build strong foundations. I’ve also worked on digital learning projects, professional development for teachers, and quality assurance for educational products, so everything I make is designed to be clear, practical, and ready for real classrooms.

Teaching style
My teaching style is student-centered, inclusive, and standards-driven. I focus on creating lessons that balance rigor with accessibility, using hands-on activities, inquiry, and real-world connections to spark curiosity. I integrate differentiation and scaffolding so that every learner, from emerging readers to advanced students, feels challenged and supported. Rooted in anti-bias and equity-based practices, my approach ensures all students see their identities reflected while building essential skills in literacy, math, and critical thinking.
