Teaching style

All students want to be successful. Our jobs as educators is to find the best ways for student success. Teaching students with multiple needs is like solving puzzles. Every puzzle has a solution. It's just knowing what solution is best for each individual student. In my classroom, every student is recognized for their individual success. Every student is met where they are each and every day. And every student is celebrated for their differences. This is what provides my students with the opportunities to be successful.
