About the store
After working at an after school tutoring program for 6 years, I realized that teaching was the profession for me.
While getting my Master's in Education, I student taught for one year, in a fourth grade classroom at a low income school. I enjoyed the experience so much, I decided to stay and become a part of their team. I spent 9 years there, teaching middle school grades. At some point during those years, I fell in love with the role that technology could play in education. I'm now a technology teacher for grades k-8, with a focus on computer programming.

Experience

Teaching style
I run a tight ship in my room, but I do love to give students the chance to share their voice. While I do my fare share of lecturing, I also have a lot of pair and group work. I like to give my students plenty of opportunities to interact with the curriculum, and be creative with it.
My own education history
1.) Bachelor's Degree in History and Political Science.
2.) Master's in Elementary Education
