Parent/Student Contact Tracker Template
This super simple contact tracker template will save you time this year! Conditional formatting in the "Last Contact Date" column will let you easily see who is in need of a contact (red means it's been 30+ days since the last contact). Add or subtract columns to make it work for you. Use the "Contact Notes" column to list the dates and outcome of each contact and/or attempts. This is an easy way to make sure all families get timely and consistent contacts!
