About the store
I am in my fifth year of teaching; it has been a whirlwind of an experience thus far! I have taught both second and third grade, although during my collegiate career I spent a lot of time in fourth and fifth grade as well. I have always been the "creative" teacher with fun and innovative ideas for learning. :)

Math Battleship Review Template *Editable *Low-prep *Reusable *Interactive *Whole Class *Not grade specific The Math Battleship Review Template can be used with any set of math questions. Experience

I am in my fifth year of teaching; it has been a whirlwind of an experience thus far! I have taught both second and third grade, although during my collegiate career I spent a lot of time in fourth and fifth grade as well. I have always been the "creative" teacher with fun and innovative ideas for learning. :)

Teaching style

I believe that student engagement is critical to the learning process. Without it, whatever is being taught is being wasted as the students aren't being pulled into the learning. I keep student engagement at the forefront of my mind as I plan lessons and create resources. I am theatrical and energetic in the classroom and I try to incorporate that energy into my resources. If I don't think a resource is engaging, visually appealing, and worthwhile, why should my students?

Additional biographical information

I am from the Midwest and can appreciate the simple life, but prefer to live mine with a little extra flair. :)
