Awards & shining teacher moments

Some of our favourite teaching moments have come from watching hesitant learners gain confidence, seeing students connect with language through play and creativity, and creating classroom spaces where all learners feel seen, supported, and capable of success. As educators, we believe meaningful learning often grows from authentic relationships, curiosity, and opportunities for students to explore the world around them in ways that feel engaging and accessible.

My own education history

With a combined decade of teaching experience, we are passionate about creating equitable, engaging, and inclusive learning environments for all students. Based in Ontario, we have worked with a wide range of K–12 learners in both Core French and French Immersion settings. Our experiences in education, along with our commitment to inclusive teaching practices, outdoor learning, and play-based education, shape every resource we create. We bring our love of creativity, inquiry, mindfulness, and authentic learning into the classroom, striving to make language learning feel approachable, meaningful, and enjoyable for every student. At the heart of Andersen Squared is a desire to support both students and educators with thoughtful, practical resources that encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
