Great beginning of the year handout for parents to complete! It asks questions about their child beyond name and address, for example: strengths, weaknesses, where child should be challenged, supported. It also asks about home technology and resources the child may have. There is also a Parent Expectation check-off list that asks parents what they will be able to consistently to support their child.
