This activity is set up to work as a Cross-Age Buddy activity where an older student (Gr. 4-6) could be helping work with a younger student (Pre.K-3). There is a sheet included that would allow a student to do it on their own. The students investigate what foods they eat during the day to find out how much protein, fibre, fat, and sugars they consume.
