This handout is excellent to have in your records. This will help you be organized in terms of when you speak with a parent/guardian. Parent communication is essential and this handout will help you track every form of communication throughout the year. It includes: date, who you spoke with, type of contact (phone call, email, class dojo, remind, in person), notes/topics discussed.

This form is a lifesaver for conferring and keeping records of each week. Since it is impossible to confer with all students daily I have created a form that is for the whole week. The goal is to meet with each student at least once a week. It is a great way to stay organized. A name line is included along with compliment and teaching point.
