Free for those teachers who need work for take home packets. This flow map can be used to add details to a paragraph or story. The original flow map was used to sequence the events in a story. Students write their homework on it each day. As you can see on the left side, there are the words that match my clip chart for behavior. Students highlight the box for the color on which they end the day. Parents see that I am verifying their behavior and homework each day. This is a great way to correspond with parents. They have room to write a note if they need to. I hope you can use these documents to make your teacher life a little easier.
This flow map can be used to help students sequence their thinking as they are learning to write a paragraph. It was created by Ann Hurdle for my second grade class.
