I made this material specially for my 5 year olds who are ESL learners. I conducted this activity via online and they really enjoyed it. This can be used as a game type of activity, or a paper and pencil evaluation material. They can make their own answer sheet which can also be a way to practice their number writing skills (1-8). The shapes included are: circle, oval, square, rectangle, diamond, triangle, heart and star. There are 8 quiz items, one item per shape.
