Math Problem Solving Student Response Sheet
This form allows students to walk step by step through solving a multi-step problem. It guides them through drawing a picture, working out the math, explaining and justifying their answers.
This is also used in my Filling a Room With Peas lesson plan.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. I also have a certification in grades K-5 and Math Grades 6-12. I also just earned my Doctorate of Education degree in Educational Leadership in Higher Education.
