I tape this checklist on the inside cover of my students' creative writing journals. Each day after writing, the students reflect on one thing they did well from the list and one thing they will work harder on tomorrow. My daily creative writing prompts are available for purchase in my TpT store. You could also laminate before securing into writing journal and let students mark off each item with a dry erase marker as a self monitoring strategy. Will send Word version for editing upon request.
