This is what I use to track student progress through all projects. Every day or so I initial how far they are along to be sure every student is making progress. If "Jonny" is at 10% for 2 days in a row, I know to focus in on them. We do short peer feedback on the same sheet and students must respond yes or no to the "actionable" advice they receive.
