About the store
Discover exciting & unique science, math and writing activities designed for Kindergarten-Grade 4. My store includes Environmental Activities focusing on Looking for Solutions to Problems, Nature Design Biomimicry Challenges, Math Journal Prompts and Creative Writing Activities. Why am I qualified to write these biomimicry and science resources? I was a member of BEN - Biomimicry Education Network - and a curator of educational resources at BEN. I am the author of the book Biomimicry with Theo & Tuva: Nature spotting inspires wild ideas. I have also written children's books about animals and nature. In 2015, I completed a course in Biomimicry: A Sustainable Design Methodology at Minneapolis College of Art and Design. I took part in the Biomimicry Design Challenge in 2021. In 2015, I completed a course in Making Sense of Climate Change Denial at the University of Queensland. I completed ASTR105x: Alien Worlds: The Science of Exoplanet Discovery and Characterization at Harvard University edX.
